Your regular or repeat prescriptions can be requested by a number of methods.

  • Firstly, the Patient Access application which can be downloaded here.
  • Secondly by calling the practice on our main telephone line (01683 220062) and selecting option 1, repeat prescriptions.
  • Thirdly, by submitting your ordering slip (the right side of your last prescription) to the reception.

All repeat prescriptions will take 72 hours to process – this can be longer at peak times. Please order in advance of your current prescription ending to prevent gaps in treatment. Please do not bulk order or stockpile medication – this increases problems with medication shortages and is potentially unsafe.

For Patient Access users, if you are having any difficulties with the programme, including requesting a password or PIN reset, please use the following link before contacting the practice.
